Custom Chocolate Molds

This holiday gift project will eventually get a full page unto itself, given the complexity of the process. The face is of my step-father, Earl, and these were given (along with the molds) to my mother for the 2018 holidays. Unpictured in this video: they’re filled with a raspberry ganache!
